Onward Technologies - Full Stack Lead - Python/AngularJS (7-12 yrs)

Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full Stack Lead Engineer to join our dynamic team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Angular (Front-End), Python (Back-End), AWS Services, and advanced SQL.

You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and responsive applications, while leading and mentoring a team of engineers.

Key Responsibilities :

Full-Stack Development:

- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and responsive full-stack applications using Python (i.e., Django/Flask) and Angular.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UX/UI, Product, QA) to ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end components.

Front-End Development :

- Develop and maintain robust and user-friendly front-end interfaces using Angular, ensuring optimal performance and cross-browser compatibility.

- Implement responsive design principles to ensure applications are accessible across various devices.

Back-End Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs using Python and relevant frameworks.

- Implement robust data models and perform data validation and sanitization.

- Ensure the security and stability of backend systems.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 7-12 years of experience in full-stack development.

- Strong proficiency in Python (i.e., Django/Flask) and Angular.

- Experience with AWS services (i.e., EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS).

- Expertise in SQL and database design.

- Experience with Snowflake (preferred).

- Strong understanding of software design principles, object-oriented programming, and design patterns.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
