Detailed Job Description

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of full stack developers. Foster a collaborative and innovative environment within the development team. Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews for team members.

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of robust and scalable web applications. Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, architecture, and security. Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality and maintainability of the code base. Should have an understanding of project configuration management.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables. Plan, execute, and monitor development activities to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. Identify and mitigate risks, and manage project timelines and resources effectively.

- Develop and maintain server-side applications using Java, Spring boot and related technologies. Design and implement responsive front-end interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Vue.js). Integrate front-end and back-end components to create seamless user experiences.

- Familiar with Implementation / Deployment of Angular/ React JS / Node JS

- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable full-stack applications using Java, Java8, Spring Boot, Microservices, React JS, and Multithreading

- Understanding of object-oriented Java programming.

- Familiarity with SQL(Oracle, MS SQL,MY SQL)/NoSQL databases.

- Experienced in batch programming concepts & coding standards.

- Experienced in Session Management, Exception Handling and Debugging Skills

- Should be able to troubleshoot issues such as configuring runtime environments,

- Performance tuning of database queries, operating system compatibility.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in full stack development.

- Implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.

- Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.

Software Skills :

Essential : Java, Spring Framework, Spring boot, SQL, NoSQL, ORM frameworks, DevOps & Agile

Desirable : Cloud Platforms, Java, micro services architecture, RESTful API. Docker, Kubernetes deployments and design.

Industry/Technology Background : Document Management Systems, Strong front-end development, JavaScript frameworks
