Role Summary:
- As an Account Delivery Manager / Leader, you will manage delivery excellence and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders by driving programs.
- Your role will be pivotal in supporting our ER&D services with a balanced onsite-offshore model, focusing on building scalable solutions, mentoring teams, and ensuring client satisfaction across North America, Europe, and other key markets.
Here's a breakdown of the key responsibilities:.
Responsibilities:
- Grow, manager key strategic accounts, ensuring high-quality delivery while driving strategic growth and profitability.
- Build the foundation for all development activities and conceptualize diverse service offerings and solutions to meet customer needs, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
- Grow, handle and manage key accounts and responsible for achieving top-line and bottom-line targets.
- Take ownership of key performance parameters to drive operating margins and overall account profitability.
- Establish and refine operating procedures, define work assignments, and oversee planning and project management activities to achieve delivery excellence.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to support collaboration and strategic alignment.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team, cultivating a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualification:
- 13+ years of experience, with at least 5 years in a service-based company within the ER&D sector.
- Must have hands-on experience managing turnkey programs within the energy sector.
- Should possess domain expertise in Energy/Power Generation, preferably in Hydro, Gas Power, Wind, and Nuclear energy.
- Should have a balanced experience across multiple domains including Mechanical, Embedded systems, and Digital technologies.
- Must have global engineering experience in a collaborative environment, working effectively with stakeholders spread across various geos.
- Should excel in communication, capable of steering and managing large deals and RFQs with thought leadership, providing value propositions tailored to customer needs.
- Should be skilled in leading and managing governance meetings with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Should embody a growth mindset with a proactive attitude, enabling the achievement of extraordinary outcomes with ease.
- Should be adept at working across various domains and disciplines, capable of leading and anchoring RFQs and proposals.
- Must emphasize execution excellence and service quality rigorously.
- Should be a thought leader, skilled in crafting and articulating value propositions and solution accelerators.
- Competency building and mapping are essential.
- Should be able to develop capabilities in new areas and enhance existing ones.
