Job Description

Pre-Sales Activities:

Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide tailored IT solutions.
Prepare and deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations.
Assist in crafting detailed proposals, RFP responses, and technical documents.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand industry trends.

Business Development Activities:
Identify, engage, and nurture potential clients to expand the customer base.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Participate in lead generation activities such as networking events, cold calling, and online prospecting.
Drive the sales pipeline by tracking, analyzing, and reporting sales metrics.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in IT sales, pre-sales, or business development.
Strong understanding of IT products/services and the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
A bachelors degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred.
