Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join NY Cinemas leading multiplex cinema chains. This role is key in recruiting top talent for both senior and junior positions, primarily within the cinema and hospitality sectors, with a deep understanding of city-specific needs and market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead recruitment for senior to junior roles in cinemas operation, Finance, Projects, Marketing etc
• Source talent from cinema, hospitality, Retail and entertainment industries.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with business needs.
• Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to rolling out the offer.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and track recruitment metrics.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of recruitment experience in cinema, hospitality, or entertainment industries.
• Strong understanding of local market needs and city-specific recruitment strategies.
• Experience recruiting for both senior and junior roles.
• Excellent interviewing, communication, and negotiation skills.
