Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, schedule meetings, and appointments.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
  • Handle and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, calls, and correspondence.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, both digital and physical.
  • Assist with personal tasks, including managing household staff, personal appointments, and errands.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Ensure the executive is prepared for meetings, including organizing materials and briefing notes.
  • Track expenses, process invoices, and assist with budgeting as needed.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
