Role & responsibilities

Administrative & Operational Support

• Manage the MDs daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.
• Handle incoming emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the MD.
• Maintain and organize files, records, and important hospital documents.
• Ensure timely follow-ups on tasks and projects assigned by the MD.

Coordination & Communication

• Act as a bridge between the MD and department heads
• Prepare reports, presentations, and minutes for meetings.
• Assist in drafting letters, internal memos, and official communications.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and external stakeholders when required.

HR & Staff Management Assistance

• Assist in HR-related tasks like staff coordination, interviews, and onboarding.

Event & Travel Management

• Organize meetings, conferences, and hospital events as required.
• Plan and coordinate business travel, accommodation, and logistics for the MD.

Confidentiality & Professionalism

• Handle sensitive business information with discretion.

Preferred candidate profile

Female candidate with minimun 2 years experience preffered
