• Greet visitors and clients professionally, ensuring a warm welcome.
  
• Manage front office operations efficiently, handling phone calls, emails, and messages.
  
• Maintain accurate records of incoming documents and outgoing mail.
  
• Provide administrative support to the team by performing various tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  
• Ensure smooth coordination among departments through effective communication.

• Patient Management: Greeting patients, handling check-ins, confirming appointments, and managing walk-in requests to maintain smooth patient flow.
• Scheduling and Coordination: Organizing appointments to ensure timely service and minimizing wait times.
• Administrative Support: Assisting with patient records, handling calls, and coordinating with doctors and staff for updates or emergencies.
• Billing and Payment: Processing payments, explaining billing details, and helping with financial queries.

Preferred candidate profile

• At least 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting or as a receptionist in any professional organization.
• Preferred:
  
• Prior experience in a hospital, especially dealing with psychiatry patients, where patience, empathy, and confidentiality are critical.
• Strong Language skills especially Tamil and English
• Proficient at Telephone handling
