We are seeking a proactive Female Candidate and results-oriented Receptionist to join our dynamic team in the fast-paced Industrial industry. You will play a key role in supporting the Day-to-Day office and across various areas, including Sales Coordinator and Documentation related. You will have the opportunity to work closely with Higher Management and contribute to building a positive and engaging work environment.

Receptionist Duties:


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, directing them to the appropriate personnel or office.
  • Maintain a tidy reception area and manage office supplies inventory.
  • Schedule meetings, arrange travel accommodations, and prepare necessary documentation for visitors.
  • Handle daily mail sorting and distribution.
  • Manage the calendar for meetings and appointments, coordinating schedules for staff and visitors.
  • Answer incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
  • Respond to emails and inquiries promptly, providing information about the company and its products.
  • Assist with filing and organizing documents related to company operations.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, such as data entry, photocopying, and scanning documents.

Sales Coordination:


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing support and addressing issues collaboratively with the sales team.
  • Prepare sales-related documents such as proposals, contracts, and presentations to support the sales team.
  • Generate regular sales reports to track performance metrics and assist in strategic planning.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, such as data entry, photocopying, and scanning documents.

Documentation for company:

  • Manage the preparation and filing of important documents related to sales transactions and customer interactions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies regarding document handling and storage
  • Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate the clearing process of necessary documentation.

Qualifications:

  • At least graduate in Bachelors.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is a plus.
