Sales & Marketing Manager (Investment Casting)

We are seeking a proactive Sales & Marketing (Investment and Casting) and results-oriented Sales to join our dynamic team in the fast-paced Industrial industry. You will play a key role in supporting the Day-to-Day Investment Casting and across various areas, including Sales Development, Marketing Strategy, Customer Engagement,Sales Reporting etc. You will have the opportunity to work closely with Higher Management and contribute to building a positive and engaging Sales Market.

❖ Key Responsibilities:

Sales Development
▪ Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the investment casting market.
▪ Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
▪ Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape

Marketing Strategy
▪ Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement marketing campaigns that promote our investment casting services.
▪ Develop marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content, to effectively communicate our value proposition.
▪ Manage social media channels and online presence to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Customer Engagement
▪ Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information about products and services.
▪ Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders, highlighting our investment casting solutions.

Sales Reporting
▪ Track sales performance and report on key metrics, including leads generated, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
▪ Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
▪ Collaborate with the production and engineering teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and deliverables.

Collaboration
▪ Work closely with engineering and production teams to ensure that customer specifications are met and projects are delivered on time.
▪ Engage in continuous learning about investment casting techniques, materials, and applications to effectively communicate with clients.

Qualifications
• Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the manufacturing or investment casting industry.
• Strong understanding of investment casting processes, materials, and applications.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to details.
