Executive - Total Rewards (On Third Party Contract)

Role & responsibilities -

This role will be on Third Party (Contractual Basis)

The Executive HR - Compensation and Benefits will play a critical role in supporting the organization's employee compensation and benefits processes. The ideal candidate should posses advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and hands-on experience with HRIS systems. They will be responsible for handling employee lifecycle letters and providing support for monthly MIS and dashboards.

Preferred candidate profile -

• Employee Lifecycle Management:
  Prepare and release employee lifecycle letters, including offer letters, confirmation letters, promotion letters, and relieving letters. Trasnfer Letters, Role change letters

Support the preparation of monthly MIS reports and dashboards for the Compensation and
Benefits team.Maintain and update employee data in the HRIS system.

Work closely with the HRBP and COE team to support policy implementation and compliance

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Any Graduate,

Working knowledge of HRIS systems, MIS report, Excel

Experience:

3-8 years of experience in HR

Role - Third Party (On Contract)

Preference Given to Early Joiiners.
