Building Outstanding Leadership Talent (BOLT) is a unique and customised program designed by globally recognized organizations for the Leadership team. As part of this program, identified high potential employees get to acquire knowledge and skills through globally acclaimed open / customized programs. Young Talent Development Program (YTDP) is a strong orientation to the young talent that helps in developing leadership competencies with the guidance from external faculty as well as mentors (senior leadership) and through action learning projects.
