Through this program, identified young talent are assessed on their leadership competencies through assessments conducted by reputed international organizations and mentored by internal mentors to groom them for becoming future leaders. Building Outstanding Leadership Talent (BOLT) is a unique and customised program designed by globally recognized organizations for the Leadership team. As part of this program, identified high potential employees get to acquire knowledge and skills through globally acclaimed open / customized programs. Young Talent Development Program (YTDP) is a strong orientation to the young talent that helps in developing leadership competencies with the guidance from external faculty as well as mentors (senior leadership) and through action learning projects. These programs are a combination of instructor lead virtual programs, classroom trainings, campus programs and self-paced online trainings.
