Manager/Sr.Manager - Trade Marketing

Role & responsibilities

1. Budgetary Planning for the state (As per Annual Operating Plan/Monthly/Quarterly)
2. Developing and executing the Trade Marketing Plan in line with sales and marketing objectives and managing the Trade Marketing budget
3. Ability to make data-driven decisions to drive volume for Premium products
4. Strong analytical skill to analyse the products performance and incorporate customer feedback
5. Effective product placement strategies to ensure the products success
6. Leading activation and marketing programs with partners to achieve 100% volume
7. Visiting the points of sale regularly to ensure that the brand is visible, and guidelines are respected
8. Good understanding of on ground visibility elements for creating of TOM awareness
9. Strong hold on vendor management to get the best output
10. Vendors work evaluation & Invoice submission within timeline.
11. Cross Functiona requirement & support collate & execution.

Preferred candidate profile

6-10 years of exposure in similar role

Good understanding of Cement Industry will be an added advantage.
