Purpose of the Job:
To manage employee life Cycle, Employee Central, Onboarding, Offboarding, Compensation, PMS, Leave & Attendance in HRMS (Success Factor).
To Streamline and enhance Total Rewards processes in HRMS
Job Description:
To manage the HRMS by streamlining, standardizing and enhancing the system for process improvement.
Design and document processes through raining initiatives for improving on the system adoption among the various stakeholders.
Working with the Consultants, IT Partners and HRBP to arrive at the desired modifications/new requirements in the system.
Creation, Configuration and Maintenance of Organization Structure, Pay Scale Structure, Jobs, Positions, Leave and Attendance Tasks in HRMS.
Supporting Total Rewards activities and HR life cycle to run smoothly in the HRMS within timeline.
Generating and presenting relevant MIS and Analytics.
Develop an internal and external cross-functional network to maintain an up-to-date understanding of HR trends and best practices and help in digitizing the same.
To facilitate in HR Audit
Compensation & Benefits Administration:
Support in CTC updating at the time of hiring, Transfer, Promotions, Salary Revision, Flexi Benefits plan in HRMS.
Maintain employee documents in HRMS.
Qualification:
Experience: 7-8 years in HRMS (Success Factor). Qualification - SAP Certified in Employee Central
