Job Summary:

Being the ASM/BSM the role holder is responsible for sale & collection target achievement of all the dealers. Day to day basis team handling, monitoring with Proper planning & execution. Maintaining & improving the DOS, NR, DP & CS percentage along with price improvement practice for better contribution. Driving LEAPS in the assigned territory.

Role & responsibilities :

• Sale & collection Target achievement.
• Premium sale improvement.
• Daily basis team handling Sales & BD
• Proper WSP monitoring for better price positioning & contribution
• NBG improvement practice on daily basis.
• DSO control & improvement planning.
• Next three months planning for Demand plan.
• Monitoring dealer wise, sales officer wise performance.
• MBM sale target achievement & improvement practice.
• Maintain relations with channel partners.
• Improving NODT
• ROI calculation for dealer profitability.
• All branch level activities & CFA/SPA handle.
• Drive the direct dispatch

Qualification:

MBA (Marketing)

Experience:

10-12 years of experience in channel sales
