Your Mission:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Total Rewards Specialist to join our People & Culture team in India. Youll manage our India benefits portfolio and support compensation initiatives, providing crucial insights and hands-on assistance.
Objectives:
Benefits Administration:
Oversee and administer employee benefits programs, including retirement and pension plans, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Liaise with brokers and vendors to resolve issues and keep internal benefits resources up to date.
Provide benefits training for new hires and managers, and recommend policy improvements based on regular evaluations.
Data Management and Reporting:
Collect and analyze benefits data to inform decision-making and maintain accurate records.
Prepare reports for leadership and cross-functional teams, and research industry benchmarks for competitive offerings.
Compensation Support:
Assist in implementing compensation programs through market research and data analysis.
Support the annual pay review process and contribute to job architecture projects.
Provide insights on compensation trends specific to India.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with teams like People & Culture, Finance, and Operations for seamless program administration.
Assist in administering stock equity plans and compensation surveys.
Drive process improvements in benefits and compensation and support wellness initiatives across India.
Competencies:
Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in benefits or compensation administration.
Strong analytical skills; proficient in Excel and MS Office.
Experience with HRIS platforms like Workday is a plus.
Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Strong project management and prioritization abilities.
