Job Description
- 10+ years of relevant experience in pre-sales and sales roles, particularly in Bid Management, RFP responses, team management, and collateral generation within the IT/ITES industry.
- Ownership of RFP/RFQ responses, capability documents, sales proposals, presentations, case studies, and whitepapers.
- Work closely with Delivery, Solution, Sales, and Management teams to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
- Strong pre-sales experience in software companies targeting US, Canadian, UK, and Australian markets.
- Proven track record in B2B inside sales within an IT/ITES company, demonstrating persuasive communication and relationship-building skills.
- Educational: MBA/PGDBA in Sales/Marketing or Information Systems.
- Domain Expertise: Experience in the Banking and Financial Services (BFS) domain is essential.
- Technical Understanding: Familiarity with Azure, AWS, Data & Analytics, DevOps, Agile, IoT, and AI/ML technologies and methodologies.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional spoken and written English, with strong articulation and persuasive communication abilities.
- Team Management: Experience in leading teams, delegating tasks, and ensuring efficient workflow management.
- Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills, with an extroverted approach to fostering internal and external relationships.
- Process-Driven Attitude: Go-getter mindset with perseverance, hard work, and a focus on meeting deadlines.
- Value Articulation: Ability to effectively communicate value propositions aligned with client needs and expectations.
- Tools Proficiency: Expertise in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with advanced presentation and documentation skills.
