Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Participate in developing and implementing robust processes (including but not limited to work instructions and best practices) for Technical Pre-Sales function with aim to help the sales and Business Development (BD) team in building solution documents, effort estimates and pricing.
  • Prepare proposals for technical inputs related to Pharmacovigilance (PV), Medical Information (MI), Medical Writing (MW), Regulatory Affairs (RA), Information Technology (IT), and Quality Assurance (QA) processes and applicable regulations.
  • Participate in strategy call to discuss and design the solution model for Request for Proposals (RFPs)
  • Review and address the requirements provided by clients in RFPs and coordinate with BD team/sales team for further clarification/questions if any.
  • Preparation of solution model as per RFP requirements in conjunction with coordination with operational teams for effort estimations as well as delivery requirements followed by submission to relevant stakeholders for review.
  • Finalization of solution model after addressing comments from all stakeholders
  • Preparation of budget as per RFP requirements for prospective clients and per request from existing clients for new scope of work
  • Preparing responses to Request for Information (RFIs) in conjunction with coordination with operational teams followed by submission to relevant stakeholders for review.
  • Finalization of RFI responses after addressing comments from all stakeholders
  • Build repository of responses to Frequently asked questions (FAQs) within RFPs and RFIs to improve quality and turn-around time of these documents.
  • Archive all documents including but not limited to all versions of RFIs/RFPs, budgets and other pertinent documents on the access-controlled SharePoint.
  • Create impactful presentations, backed by market intelligence, to support the sales / Account.
  • Train and mentor the junior team members.
  • Owners on specific pursuits
