LMS Coordinator

The global learning coordinator is responsible for the overall coordination of all global training activities under the NKT Academy. This role ensures the global plan is communicated, organized and executed according to plan and quality. The Learning coordinator is the main Learning Management System administrator as well as the contact point for all NKT employees in questions related to the training programs delivered. This role will enable and gate keeper of training related compliance for our organization.

Key responsibilities:

Coordination of Global Training Programs:

• Manage the roll out of the training programs to the regions including product certification and mandatory trainings
• Event management for global training programs
• Support the roll out of mandatory global training programs to the BLs including SafeStart and Compliance.

Learning Management System:

• Creation of training materials for global programs. including design and visual creation
• Learning Management System support
• Helpdesk owner

Reporting and dashboards management:

• Own the reporting and dashboards for MyLearning
• Create global academy dashboards and reporting tool.

Reporting and compliance:

• Ensure reporting is done according to plan and ensure compliance to any Standard Operation Procedures or ISO standards required for training

Previous required experience

• At least 5 years of experience in coordination role in the training or events field
• Minimum 3 years of working with digital systems or LMS
• Previous experience with organizing events on local and global level
• Skills and experience in administration of a digital environment for learning (example: SharePoint. Miro)
