Engineer - Testing Process Quality

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance and Process Engineer to join our Laboratories organization. In this role, you will support the local Quality Coordinator and play a crucial part in ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency in our laboratory operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Regularly evaluating current laboratory processes and routines to identify areas for improvement.
• Administer and lead root cause analysis (RCA) of quality deviations.
• Review and perform quality checks on all digital test result documentation, such as reports and test protocols, and register them in the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS).
• Collaborate proactively with managers and quality functions across the laboratory organization.
• Addressing any issues that arise in the laboratory processes and finding effective solutions.
• Providing training to laboratory staff on quality standards and procedures.
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of the aforementioned activities.

Primary tasks

• Perform Laboratory process audits in accordance with Laboratories processes.
• Drive improvements and updates of laboratory process in Signavio system
• Keep updated registers of deviation reports in SAP. Perform meta-analysis of the reports and suggest actions to Quality coordinator and management.
• Aid in preparation of new Templates, Test records, procedures and instructions.
• Drive updation of existinng instructions and procedures.
• Maintain the overall documentation structure and control the documentation process, for the Laboratories organization.
• Deliver the responsibilities as a Power user of documentation systems like training the lab personnel, streamlining documentation storage process
• Review documents for any abnormal error before uploading into EDMS
• Release test report in EDMS to internal customer
• Assist in initiating needed documents for testing projects, investment projects or other needs in the Laboratories line organization.

Education & Experience:

• Electrical / Mechanical engineering background
• About 6+ years of experience in Process quality and technical documentation.
• Skilled in conducting process quality audits.
• Experience from working in teams or projects
• Experience in writing technical instructions and technical reports
