5 years of relevant experience in Learning & Organizational Development
Learning and development, L&D, LMS, Digital learning,Certification in L&OD, Talent Management, or Coaching.?
Experience in performance management, competency frameworks, and career development programs.?
Strong analytical skills to measure and evaluate the impact of L&OD programs
