Assistant Manager LMS

Shift Timing: 11:00 AM - 08:00 PM / 02:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Monday - Saturday)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Excellent knowledge and ability to build content in LMS like, Blackboard, Canvas and D2L
• Ability to perform various QA testing on Content, Accessibility, Functionality, SCORM, Web, and Compatibility
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams in order to ensure that the quality is met as per the internal standards and client expectations
• Responsible for creating and managing the QA checklist and guidelines document
• Responsible for logging and tracking errors/issues on the bug trackers, and ensuring that all the fixes are made and validated
• Excellent communication and follow-through skills to ensure that loop is closed on open issues
• Reviewing the end product with respect to user experience, user interface, navigation, and functionality
• Capable of performing the QA testing logically, and determining the root cause of issues raised internally and externally by clients
• Document all the major issues from internal and external reviews and share the learnings on a regular basis
• Work on error analysis, and improvement plans, and add value to the QA processes.
• Collaborate with managers and leads to improve the processes
• Work on tight deadline-driven projects and should be able to handle multiple QA projects.

Skills and Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in any field
• 5+ years of QA experience preferably in the education or the eLearning industry
• Understanding of different learning management systems (LMS) such as Canvas, Blackboard, D2L, Moodle, and other LMS
• Knowledge of LTI tools
• Should have a problem-solving mindset and the ability to approach a problem creatively and find solutions.
• Experience in all aspects of developing and testing eLearning courses
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• eLearning product and industry knowledge
• Well-versed with WCAG 2.0 accessibility guidelines
