Job Description
Shift Timing: 11:00 AM - 08:00 PM / 02:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Monday - Saturday)
Role Description
As the Head of Learning Design, you will lead the design and development of high-quality instructional content and materials for online courses. You will oversee a team of Learning Designers and provide guidance on best practices for integrating technology and digital learning tools into course design.
Qualifications
- Experience in higher education-related Training & Development, Instructional Design, and Curriculum Development
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems and Digital Learning tools
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field. Master's degree is preferred
- Experience in higher education is a plus
- Knowledge of Quality Matters and Online Learning Consortium Scorecard is desirable
