Global Learning System Coordinator (LMS Coordinator)

Manage and optimize our learning management system

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of MyLearning, NKT's learning management system. You will manage user accounts, roles, and permissions, customize and configure the interface, and ensure data integrity.

Your role will be to:

• Oversee the organization, categorization, and uploading of learning materials.
• Provide technical support and training to users and administrators.
• Generate reports on user engagement and course completion rates.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate LMS with other systems.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

You will report to the Head of Functional Academy and work closely with HRIS, IT, BL training leads, trainers, instructors, and other stakeholders. This position is based in Chennai and offers flexibility with on-site, hybrid, or remote work options. Travel is required for 10-15 days per year.

Experienced LMS administrator with technical skills

We are looking for a candidate with technical skills, including proficiency with LMS platforms such as Docebo, Success Factors, Blend, or Cornerstone. You should have organizational and project management abilities, communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality are essential.

You also have:

• A bachelor's degree in Education, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with LMS administration and support.
• Advanced English language skills, both spoken and written.
• Experience with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate) is highly valued.
• Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
