Profile Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts within the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate marketing, with expertise in driving brand visibility, generating leads, and managing multifaceted campaigns. You will be responsible for creating and implementing strategic

marketing plans to enhance our market presence and support our growth objectives.

Role & responsibilities

• Strategic Marketing Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the real estate market, including residential, commercial, and investment properties. Align strategies with company goals and market trends to drive business growth.
• Campaign Development: Plan and manage marketing campaigns across various channels including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, print media, and events. Ensure campaigns are targeted, effective, and adhere to brand guidelines.
• Lead Generation: Design and implement strategies to attract and convert potential buyers, sellers, and investors. Utilize online and offline tactics to generate high-quality leads and enhance the company's client base.
• Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive dynamics within the real estate sector. Use data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and optimize performance.
• Brand Management: Strengthen and maintain the company's brand identity in the real estate market. Ensure consistency in messaging, visual elements, and positioning across all marketing materials and platforms.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team. Provide guidance on best practices, set objectives, and evaluate performance to ensure high-quality work and professional growth.
• Budget Oversight: Develop and manage the marketing budget. Allocate resources efficiently to maximize return on investment and achieve marketing goals within budget constraints.
• Collaboration: Work closely with sales, development, and other departments to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Support property launches, promotional events, and other initiatives with targeted marketing strategies.
• Content Creation: Oversee the production of engaging content including property listings, blog posts, social media updates, and promotional materials. Ensure content is compelling, accurate, and tailored to the target audience.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze marketing performance metrics such as lead generation, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness. Provide regular reports and actionable insights to optimize future marketing efforts.
• Industry Knowledge: Stay abreast of real estate market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging marketing technologies. Apply this knowledge to keep marketing strategies innovative and competitive.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is advantageous.
• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in the real estate industry.
• Demonstrated success in managing marketing campaigns and driving business results.
