Job Summary


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sourcing Manager to join our company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets for high-end luxury properties. The role requires consistently identifying leads from channel partners, seeking business opportunities, and developing strong channel partner relationships towards effective sales. A significant responsibility is to develop, and nurture channel partner networks and deliver significant throughput from the same. The incumbent is expected to be a brand representative and support the Team Lead in all client interactions.


Role & responsibilities


Sales Support

  • Assist in creating and executing sales plans to achieve company goals. Provide support to the sales team by handling administrative tasks, preparing reports, and coordinating sales activities.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Using CRM systems to manage relationship with existing as well as new clients/customers

Support for Lead Generation

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities. Engage with potential clients through various channels, including cold calls, emails, and networking events.

Sales Presentations (just creation)

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients. Tailor presentations to meet the needs of different audiences.

Market Research

  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Use insights to support sales strategies and improve market positioning.

Reporting:

  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics. Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts for review by senior management.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.

Training & Development:

  • Participate in training programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge. Share best practices with the sales team and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Coordinating meetings and marketing material/activities
  • Event Management/Participation
  • Managing listings and updating client records.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales or a related role, preferably in a junior or support capacity. Experience in [specific industry, if applicable] is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach.
  • Enthusiastic and eager to learn and develop new skills.
  • Adaptable to changing priorities and fast-paced environments.
