Interior Site Supervisor

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee construction and development projects within our real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Role & responsibilities

• Project Oversight: Supervise daily operations on construction sites, ensuring adherence to project specifications, timelines, and safety regulations.
• Team Coordination: Manage and coordinate subcontractors and on-site personnel to optimize workflow and productivity.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit progress reports to project managers, highlighting any issues or delays.
• Communication: Act on the suggestions provided for any improvements or changes to be made on the site.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in construction or real estate development, with supervisory experience highly desired.
• Experience with software such as Auto CAD, SketchUp, MS Office Suite etc.
