Environment Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Co-ordinate with internal and external teams to collate data required for environment approvals and green building certifications
• Prepare, review, and update environmental / green building reports
• Provide technical support to various teams for STP, waste management, RWH etc.
• Analyze technical data and do quality-control checks
• Supervise and report execution work of STP, OWC, RWH etc.
• Monitor the operations of environmental plans and facilities
• Techno commercial analysis of vendors
• Assist in submissions, meetings and documentation for approvals / certifications
• End to End responsibilities as assigned by environment consultant
• Work under guidance of Department head

Preferred candidate profile

• BSC / BE / MSC / BTECH (Environment)
• Efficient in English and Marathi

Technical Skills:

1. Basic MS Office, CAD
2. Water management
3. Waste management
4. Understanding of Environment legislation and approvals
5. Documentation and record management
6. Experience with environment approvals & legal aspects, green building documentation, STP, OWC design, execution & operations
