Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Training Manager with a strong background in the insurance, automobile, or financial sectors. This role is critical in shaping and executing our sales training strategies, aimed at enhancing the skills and performance of our sales teams. The ideal candidate will have in-depth industry knowledge, proven training expertise, and a strategic vision to drive sales success across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute sales training programs aligned with industry-specific needs in insurance, automobile, or financial sectors.
• Develop onboarding and continuous learning modules, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Deliver engaging training sessions through classroom, virtual, and experiential methods with personalized coaching.
• Collaborate with leadership to align training strategies with business objectives and market trends.
• Track performance metrics, gather feedback, and refine programs to enhance sales productivity.
• Lead and mentor training professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Skills:

• Expertise in sales processes, methodologies, and compliance within the Insurance, Automobile, or Financial sectors.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering impactful training programs.
• Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills to assess and improve training effectiveness.
• Proficiency in training technologies with leadership experience in managing teams and cross-functional projects.
• Preferred certifications like CPLP/ATD and experience in high-growth organizations.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certification is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales training, with a focus on the Insurance, Automobile, or Financial sectors. At least 3-5 years in a senior or managerial role.
