Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage training programs from initiation to completion, ensuring effective delivery and impact on business objectives.
  
• Conduct needs analysis to identify skill gaps and create targeted training plans to address them.
  
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop high-quality content that meets client requirements.
  
• Monitor trainee progress and provide feedback to improve overall performance.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 6-11 years of experience in corporate training or a related field.
  
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to engage audiences effectively.
  
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
