Training Manager

We at Netimpact are a dynamic organization seeking a dedicated and dynamic Trainer cum Quality Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Training & Quality department, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional training programs and ensuring the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Conduct training sessions using various methodologies, including workshops, on-the-job training, classroom training and e-learning.
• Assess training needs and create tailored training plans to meet business objectives
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive training materials, manuals, and documentation
• Perform quality assurance activities to ensure adherence to company standards and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and reviews to identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement process improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of training and quality assurance activities.
• Provide guidance and support to employees on quality standards and best practices.

Qualification & Skills required:

• Bachelor's degree in any stream.
• Proven experience as a Trainer and/or Quality Analyst.
• Strong understanding of training methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in quality assurance practices and techniques.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in using training and quality management software/tools.
