Role & responsibilities
- Develop and implement Learning and Development focusing on talent development Technical Sales training.
- Develop and built the L&D department as a strategic learning partner for OD.
- Create a learner-friendly eco-system to assess T&D needs, design plan developmental sessions
- Support Training and sales team in Product training, New launches, and skill training
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Provide feedback and support to trainees.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities.
- Collaborate with other trainers and sales managers.
