Product Training Specialist

Job brief:- (USA Shift / Night Shift)

We looking for inspiring Product / Sales Trainer who can build a fleet of effective inside sales

professionals through training. As a Product / Sales Trainer, you'll develop skills and knowledge

of budding sales personnel to become star performers. Youll be responsible to conduct group

training sessions and periodic assessments. In addition, you will coach front line sales

employees to constantly improve their product knowledge and sales skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Train new joiners on product, process and soft skills and make them ready to take up the sales assignments.
• Conduct training for tenured employees as well on new products, change in processes and improving soft skills.
• Develop individual results by maintaining policy and procedure resources; providing coaching; conducting training sessions; developing outcome improvement resources.
• Report on training program effectiveness.
• Oversee training material and suggest improvements.
• Improves training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques; making with routine job functions.
• Design and deliver training programs, modules, and content for various audiences across multiple channels.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify gaps in employee knowledge and skills.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create engaging learning experiences through process training, product training, sales training, customer service training, and product knowledge sessions.
• Analyze the effectiveness of training initiatives using metrics such as post-training surveys and feedback forms.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in corporate training or a related field.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing tasks effectively

Working Hours:-

You will be working from India for the parent company in the USA thus expected to work in night shift from 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
