We at Netimpact are a dynamic organization seeking a dedicated and dynamic Trainer cum Quality Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Training & Quality department, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional training programs and ensuring the highest quality standards.

Job Summary:

We're looking for a skilled Trainer cum Quality Analyst who can design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs while ensuring the quality of our products and services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering training programs to new and existing employees while also ensuring the quality of our products and services through rigorous quality analysis. This dual role requires a strong understanding of training methodologies and quality assurance practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
• Conduct training sessions using various methodologies, including workshops, on-the-job training, classroom training and e-learning
• Assess training needs and create tailored training plans to meet business objectives
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics
• Develop and maintain comprehensive training materials, manuals, and documentation
• Perform quality assurance activities to ensure adherence to company standards and customer satisfaction
• Conduct audits, inspections, and reviews to identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement process improvements
• Maintain accurate records of training and quality assurance activities
• Provide guidance and support to employees on quality standards and best practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any stream
• Proven experience as a Trainer and/or Quality Analyst
• Strong understanding of training methodologies and adult learning principles
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in quality assurance practices and techniques
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency in using training and quality management software/tools

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in training and/or quality management (e.g., TTT, TTQ)
• Experience in Banking/Fintech industry
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies
