Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT roles, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.

- Use various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conduct reference checks and assist in the offer process.
Onboarding & Documentation:
Help with the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and orientation.
Ensure proper filing of employee records.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in IT recruiting.
- Strong understanding of IT roles and technical skill sets.
- Proficient with recruitment tools, job boards, and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
