We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer with over 5 years of professional experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs for both print and digital media. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with various departments to produce high-quality design solutions that align with brand identity and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop creative and visually engaging designs for websites, print materials, social media, advertisements, brochures, branding assets, and other marketing materials.
Create and maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all design projects, including logos, color schemes, typography, and other visual elements.
Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions that meet business objectives.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Prioritize tasks effectively and manage time to meet project deadlines.
Design user interfaces and experiences for websites, apps, and other digital products, ensuring they are intuitive, responsive, and visually appealing.
Prepare final design files for production, ensuring all elements are optimized and delivered in the correct format for web or print.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure designs are fresh, modern, and competitive in the market.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional graphic design experience, with a portfolio that showcases a range of design styles and expertise in both print and digital media.
Software Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD), Sketch, Figma, or other industry-standard design tools. Knowledge of HTML/CSS and motion design software (After Effects) is a plus. A solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with motion graphics or video editing.
Knowledge of web design principles and user experience (UX) best practices.
Familiarity with digital marketing campaigns, including social media ad design.
