DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, student acquisition, and retention across multiple online channels.
• Lead a team of digital marketers, guiding them to execute campaigns across social media, email, SEO, SEM, content marketing, and paid advertising.
• Collaborate with the content, product, and sales teams to create compelling campaigns that resonate with target audiences and align with the brand vision.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns to ensure high ROI and effective use of budgets.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools to track KPIs and make data-driven decisions.
• Develop and implement SEO and SEM strategies to improve organic search rankings and paid search performance.
• Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, applying them to continuously improve campaigns.
• Create and maintain a digital marketing calendar, ensuring consistent and timely execution of campaigns.
• Build strong relationships with external vendors, partners, and agencies to support marketing efforts.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Proven expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, email marketing, content marketing, and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Strong experience in data analysis and performance tracking using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other marketing platforms.
• Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a high-performing team.
• Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
• A results-driven mindset with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of online education trends and strategies is a plus.
• Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master s degree is a plus).
