Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns to promote our products/services and enhance brand awareness. You will utilize a range of digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing, to drive engagement and generate leads. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and the ability to analyze data to optimize campaign performance.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including search engines, social media, email, and websites.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (SEM) on platforms such as Google Ads and social media advertising platforms to increase visibility and conversions.
- Create engaging content for digital channels, including website copy, blog posts, social media posts, and email newsletters.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as website traffic, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI, and provide regular reports to management.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, search engine algorithms, and online advertising platforms.
- Collaborate with other teams, including graphic designers, content creators, and web developers, to ensure cohesive and effective digital marketing strategies.
- Identify
opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement in digital marketing
efforts to achieve business goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (X years) working in digital marketing roles, with a focus on developing and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing techniques and tools, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using web analytics tools (e. g. , Google Analytics) to track and measure campaign performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for digital channels.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with marketing automation platforms (e. g. , HubSpot, Marketo) is a plus.
- Relevant
certifications (e. g. , Google Ads certification, HubSpot certification) are
desirable.
- X years of experience in digital marketing roles.
- Experience managing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Demonstrated success in driving traffic, engagement, and conversions through digital marketing efforts.
- Experience
working with cross-functional teams and collaborating on marketing initiatives.
