Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns to promote our products/services and enhance brand awareness. You will utilize a range of digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing, to drive engagement and generate leads. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and the ability to analyze data to optimize campaign performance.

Your Role and Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including search engines, social media, email, and websites.
  2. Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
  3. Manage paid advertising campaigns (SEM) on platforms such as Google Ads and social media advertising platforms to increase visibility and conversions.
  4. Create engaging content for digital channels, including website copy, blog posts, social media posts, and email newsletters.
  5. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as website traffic, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI, and provide regular reports to management.
  6. Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, search engine algorithms, and online advertising platforms.
  7. Collaborate with other teams, including graphic designers, content creators, and web developers, to ensure cohesive and effective digital marketing strategies.
  8. Identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement in digital marketing efforts to achieve business goals.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience (X years) working in digital marketing roles, with a focus on developing and executing digital marketing campaigns.
  3. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing techniques and tools, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
  4. Strong analytical skills and experience using web analytics tools (e. g. , Google Analytics) to track and measure campaign performance.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for digital channels.
  6. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a results-driven mindset.
  7. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Experience working with marketing automation platforms (e. g. , HubSpot, Marketo) is a plus.
  9. Relevant certifications (e. g. , Google Ads certification, HubSpot certification) are desirable.
Qualification & Experience Required
  1. X years of experience in digital marketing roles.
  2. Experience managing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  3. Demonstrated success in driving traffic, engagement, and conversions through digital marketing efforts.
  4. Experience working with cross-functional teams and collaborating on marketing initiatives.
