• The Academic Head for NEET/JEE Coaching will lead and oversee the academic operations of our NEET/JEE programs. This pivotal role involves designing effective curriculum strategies, mentoring faculty, ensuring the highest teaching standards, and delivering exceptional outcomes for students preparing for competitive exams. The Academic Head will drive innovation, maintain academic discipline, and set benchmarks for excellence in the NEET/JEE coaching domain.
• Develop and implement the academic strategy for NEET/JEE coaching programs.
• Ensure curriculum alignment with the latest NEET/JEE syllabus and examination trends.
• Introduce innovative teaching methods and tools to enhance learning outcomes
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of experienced subject matter experts and teaching staff.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and facilitate professional development for faculty.
• Address faculty concerns and foster a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Design comprehensive course structures, lesson plans, and evaluation schedules.
• Oversee the delivery of lectures, mock tests, and revision programs.
• Ensure the timely completion of syllabus with sufficient time for review and practice.
• Monitor student attendance, engagement, and performance through data-driven tools.
• Develop strategies for personalized learning and remedial programs for underperforming students.
• Set performance targets and ensure consistent progress toward high success rates.
• Regularly update teaching materials, question banks, and study guides.

• Master s or Doctorate in Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in NEET/JEE coaching, including 2-3 years in a leadership position.
• Demonstrated success in driving excellent academic outcomes for competitive exam aspirants.

• Strong leadership, team-building, and organizational skills.
• Expertise in NEET/JEE syllabus, exam patterns, and preparation strategies.
• Proficiency in data analysis to track and improve academic performance.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with digital learning platforms and e-learning tools.
