Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have up to 1 year of experience in technical recruitment and should be well-versed in sourcing, screening, and on boarding IT talent. Knowledge of technical skills such as .NET, Reactjs, Node.js, and MongoDB will be an added advantage.

- Experience in sourcing passive candidates using tools like LinkedIn, Naukri and other job portals.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple requisitions at a time.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for various IT roles.
- Conduct initial HR screening to assess candidates qualifications, experience, and culture fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define candidate profiles.
- Utilize various sourcing channels such as job portals, social media, and networking to attract suitable candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates through proactive market research.
- Manage candidate communications and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Assist in the negotiation of job offers and on boarding process.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Up to 1 year of experience in IT recruitment.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and candidate management.
- Familiarity with technical skills like .NET, Reactjs, Node.js, and MongoDB is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet recruitment deadlines.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
