JOB DESCRIPTION:
Theincumbent shall be responsible for:
IndependentlyHandling Transfer Pricing assignments including
o Transfer Pricing audits
o Compiling Transfer Pricing documentation &issuing CA Certificate (Form 3CEB)
o Formulating TP Policy etc
Handlingassessments and appeals relating to Transfer Pricing.
Manage theopinion and advisory arm of transfer pricing
Preparingpresentations on transfer pricing.
Assisting inarticle writing / presentations on transfer pricing.
Knowledgeupdation and sharing within the firm.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:
3 to 5 years experience in/exposure to the followingareas is essential either in the CA / consultancy firm or in the Industry
o Entire gamut of transfer pricing
o Formulating transfer pricing policy
o Transfer Pricing documentation and Compliances (Form 3CEB)
o Handling client liaisoning
Knowledge of/exposureto the following areas will be an added advantage
o Income tax / corporate tax compliance, planning and advisory
o International tax structuring
o FEMA
o Double tax avoidance agreements
o Company law
Should have independentlyhandled transfer pricing or tax assessments / scrutiny
Should haveleadership & presentation abilities
Good communicationskills including legal/technical drafting
Good interpersonalskills
