Business Analyst

Our company is seeking a game-changer Business Analyst who can conceptualize and execute

complex problem statements in less than half the time that most people think is possible. We are

looking for highly passionate individuals who love their work and have been champions at what they do.

Responsibilities:

• Prior experience of 3-8 years into Business Analyst role.
• Identifies and develops requirements, specifications, business processes, and

recommendations related to the proposed solution.

• Collaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements, provide necessary

guidance to SMEs during testing / UAT processes

• Performs other duties as assigned
• Identify improvement opportunity
• Conduct meeting and clearly document functional and technical requirements
• Can give demos to clients and other stakeholders.

Key skills and Requirements:

• 3 and above years of Business Analyst skills is required in Healthcare Domain
• Bachelor's Degree or work experience is required.
• Proven work experience as a Business Analyst
• Should be able to do market analysis
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Must possess strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage

competing demands.

• Efficient communication skills
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
