Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 2+ years of experience in web application development and e-commerce projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring successful project delivery and alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirement Gathering & Analysis:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements.
• Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to capture user requirements.
• Documentation & Communication:
• Create detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), functional requirement documents (FRDs), and user stories.
• Develop process flows, wireframes, and prototypes for web applications and e-commerce platforms.
• Project Coordination:
• Work closely with developers, UX/UI designers, and QA teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Stakeholder Management:
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams.
• Provide regular updates on project progress to stakeholders.
• Market & Competitor Analysis:
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for feature enhancements in web and e-commerce platforms.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience:
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in web applications and e-commerce domains.
• Technical Skills:
• Understanding of web application architecture and e-commerce workflows.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
