Business Analyst(IT)/USA(Florida)/ H1B Holders

Role & responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and develop solutions.
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to identify functional and non-functional requirements.
• Develop use cases, user stories, BRD (Business Requirement Document), FRD (Functional Requirement Document), and other documentation as needed.
• Work closely with developers to ensure successful implementation of projects by providing clear specifications.
• Participate in project planning, execution, testing, and deployment phases.

Preferred candidate profile

• 3-8 years of experience in IT industry with expertise in Business Analysis.
• Strong understanding of healthcare domain knowledge preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in tools such as Use Cases, User Stories, BRD, FRD etc.
• Good knowledge in .Net Related projects.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.

Note: We are looking for a candidate who is holding US Work permit or Who are already staying in US.
