Day to day activities may include, but not limited to This is an independent contributor role working in a dynamic team to lead the business requirements for technical implementation working closely with the Product Owner. Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elements; forming a project team; establishing project budget Support the product team to understand the customers needs and translate them into product requirements. By conducting financial, product, market, operational and related research to support strategic and business planning within the various departments Identify data sources, specify logic to fetch data. Manipulate, transform and analyze complex, high-volume, high-dimensional data from such sources and recommend actions Develop elaborated requirements and document the same as User-stories or FRD (Functional Requirement Design), define scope, produce technical documents - test scenarios, wireframes/mock-ups, support sales with product demonstrations, case studies Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders Validates resource requirements and develops cost estimate models Support the Product & Engineering in planning, executing and driving the roadmap for our platform Monitor progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports Work with the Solutions Architect team to spec out acceptance criteria for pilots and proof of concepts Conduct validation testing and ensure quality product releases Effectively communicate issues and progress of development activities to internal and external stakeholders Work with various internal teams (technology, design, marketing, finance etc.) to manage operational issues such as fulfillment and customer conversions Work with partner systems to capture interfacing requirements at granular levels Plan and coordinate the development of primary and secondary market research studies in support of strategic planning and specific marketing initiatives, as required and presents findings of studies to product committees
