Job Description - Retail Head | Luxury Jewlery Brand

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 12+ years in Retail, preferably in Luxury or Jewellery

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Retail Head to lead and expand the retail operations of a premium jewelry brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, optimizing store performance, enhancing customer experience, and managing teams across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Retail Strategy & Expansion: Develop and implement strategies to enhance store performance, drive revenue growth, and expand the retail footprint.

- Sales & Profitability: Own the P&L for the retail business, set and achieve revenue targets, and optimize costs for profitability.

- Store Operations Management: Ensure seamless store operations, maintain high standards of visual merchandising, and drive operational efficiency.

- Customer Experience & Brand Positioning: Enhance customer engagement, improve service quality, and strengthen brand positioning in the luxury segment.

- Team Leadership & Training: Lead, mentor, and upskill store managers and retail teams to deliver a premium shopping experience.

- Marketing & Promotions: Work closely with marketing teams to execute in-store promotions, events, and collaborations to drive footfall and sales.

- Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination: Ensure optimal stock availability, collaborate with supply chain teams for efficient inventory planning.

Key Requirements

- 12+ years of experience in luxury retail, preferably in jewelry, watches, or high-end fashion.

- Proven expertise in P&L management, sales strategy, and multi-store operations.

- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, retail trends, and premium brand positioning.

- Experience in expanding retail footprints and opening new stores.

- Ability to lead large teams, foster a customer-centric culture, and drive performance.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
