The Regional Retail Head is responsible for overseeing the operations, performance, and profitability of multiple retail locations within a specified region. - Person must have a Sales/Distribution background

- Extraction from the channel
- SKU management
- To Ensure Market Share Growth
- Contribute in Revenue Growth
- IC Role (Will have a small team of off-roll staff to support)
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in Sales, retail management, with a focus on multi-store or regional operations.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
