Regional Retail Head (12-20 yrs)

Job Overview:

The Regional Retail Head is responsible for overseeing the operations, performance, and profitability of multiple retail locations within a specified region. This role ensures that stores operate efficiently, meet sales and customer satisfaction goals, and adhere to company policies and standards. The Regional Retail Head plays a critical role in team leadership, strategic planning, and driving growth.

KPI's:-

- Retailers with Multiple outlet are considered as Regional Retail

- Person must have a Sales/Distribution background

- Highly Strategic bent of mind

- Extraction from the channel

- SKU management

- To Ensure Market Share Growth

- Contribute in Revenue Growth

- IC Role (Will have a small team of off-roll staff to support)

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

- Proven experience in Sales, retail management, with a focus on multi-store or regional operations.

- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
