Job Summary:
- The Retail Sell-Out Head is responsible for overseeing and enhancing sell-out performance across retail channels.
- This includes driving sales growth, optimizing in-store execution, managing retail teams, and building relationships with key retail partners.
- The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales, retail operations, and team management, with a focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing all Affordability Programs
- Responsible for creating & increasing Brand visibility (in-store as well outdoors)
- Managing Fixtures
- Manage Promoters
- Taking care of Demo Management
- Manage Training for Promoters at Pan India Level
- Contribute in increasing growth in Sales & Market Share
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 12+ years of experience in retail sales, operations, or a related role, with at least 7 years in a leadership position.
- Strong understanding of retail dynamics and customer behavior.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
