Manager - Strategy - Power Sector (3-7 yrs)

Responsibilities:

A. Core business Strategy

- Scanning and analysis of key developments in India's Power Sector (Policy & regulatory, energy transition, Digitalization, trends in Power Market etc.) and preparation of mid to long-term growth Strategy for company.

- New Product & Services: Suggest new Products, Services and Solutions based on market feedback and learnings from evolving trends in key international Power Markets.

- Undertake strategic initiatives for market based RE & Storage capacity addition, market data analytics and feasibility studies. Engage with REIAs to promote market-based provisions in the tenders.

- Engage with REIAs, RE developers and Financing institutions etc. to support growth of Green Market.

B. New Business Opportunities

- Working towards the Company's diversification in Power & Sustainability space.

- Prepare a business plan for new opportunities.

C. Skills & Experiences

- BE/B.Tech with around 3-7 years of experience in Power sector (regulatory/Strategy/trading domain)

- This role would require extensive research & data analysis. Aspiring candidates must have proficiency in data analytics & advanced excel tools (mandatory)

- Good understanding of overall Policy & regulatory aspects of Power Sector

- Should have an exposure to India's Power Market structure: Conversant with Short-term market and role of Power Exchanges and traders etc.

- Passionate about energy transition and Power Market
